Dear Amine,

Thank you so much for everything you did to make our wedding the best day of our lives.

So many of our guests told us that the food was fabulous and the presentation was absolutely magical, and there were several of them who commented that they had never before seen anything like it – some even took pictures of each course they were served before eating it. The two of us were running around all day, but we could not help but slow down for a few minutes and enjoy the wonderful meal.

The service that your catering staff provided was out of this world. Every time a member of the wedding party or one of the other guests needed something, there was always a staff member just an arm’s length away to help.

As a matter of fact, when Jen’s dad approached the band stage to make his toast, he realized that he had forgotten his champagne class, only to see you with a smile on your face standing right behind him with another glass in hand.

Thank you again to you and all your staff for doing your part in making the day so special and so memorable for so many people, especially the two of us.

There is no doubt we have found the best caterer in all of Southern California.

We hope you will be able to be there too when we visit the restaurant to celebrate our first anniversary and several other special occasions in the future.
