On behalf of Santa Clara de Asis Catholic Church in Yorba Linda, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to you and your staff for the superb hors d’oeuvres and excellent service that we experienced at our Fall Wine Classic event held recently at the Richard Nixon Library. Your staff’s demeanor throughout the event was both courteous and professional. They were always evident, which for food service is of course a must, and were quite tireless. The food was delicious, both plentiful and diverse in nature. And in fact, numerous guests repeatedly commented on how wonderful the food was and on the general attentiveness of the staff. We thank you again for your outstanding participation in this annual event and we look forward to working with you again next year. Once again, thank you so very much for everything.
