Congratulations on your nomination for the Marcy Award. We were pleased to have you join us at our MAMM Foundation Awards Luncheon in the East Room of the Nixon Library on April 1st. Fun having you see your wonderful staff from the consumer side of the table!

I have been so pleased to work with your catering manager, Amine. He is never too busy to solve any problem in a calm, friendly and yet professional manner. His staff is courteous, professional, accommodating, and always well groomed and friendly.

It is so difficult to present a beautiful luncheon at an event crowded with program and awards. The salad presentation was colorful and so very attractive. It set the stage for the following Tower of Pisa, which everyone loves. At no time was service interfering with the program. Their timing was exceptional. It was such a pleasure to discuss a menu, describe a different amount of service for each table (beacuse of our tablescape competition), and know that everything would be done elegantly - and it was!

You and your staff are so creative. I have noticed some hints of your innovations at other events recently. A most sincere form of flattery!

A beautiful luncheon, Bruno. I look forward to working with you again this fall for another organization.
